Every Arca London order ships with tracking.
Using your tracking number
When your order leaves our fulfilment centre you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Enter that number on the carrier’s website to see your parcel’s current status.
Haven’t received a tracking number?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. If it has been longer than that and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first, then email us at info@arcalondon.com with your order number.
Tracking hasn’t updated
It can take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to show its first scan. If your tracking hasn’t moved for more than 7 business days, get in touch and we’ll chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
